Our next Wine Dinner focuses on Germany! Our Somm Dave will be joined by Amy Waller of German Wine Collection to discuss what makes German wine so great and you shouldn’t knock Riesling. The menu will be primarily focused on German fare, with the expectation of a couple of dishes added to show off the wine. It’s a Sommelier Designed experience, with some chefs lending their expertise. You’ll leave with a new appreciation for German wine and maybe a new favorite pairing. All levels of wine knowledge are warmly welcomed.

Grand Lounge is a long-overdue collaboration with our friend and James Beard Semifinalist, Jamie Malone of Paris Dining Club. We modeled this tasting menu experience based on our favorite way to enjoy a steakhouse dinner, starting with beautiful one-biters, crudites, and working into our favorite cuts of beef.

WALk-IN COCKTAILS & SMALL BITES

Our sky lounge rooftop is open for walk-in cocktail service Wednesdays - Saturdays starting at 5 pm. If you’re looking for some good patio vibes before or after your dining experience, or event post pizza at Nouvelle Brewing by Travail, we got you covered. An à la carte menu with small bites is also available in our lounge. No reservations needed!
