HOSTED IN TRAVAIL’s BASEMENT BAR

Grand Lounge is a long-overdue collaboration with our friend and James Beard Semifinalist, Jamie Malone of Paris Dining Club. We modeled this tasting menu experience based on our favorite way to enjoy a steakhouse dinner, starting with beautiful one-biters, crudos, and working into some of our favorite cuts of beef. Expect a menu with French influence and Japanese flair. This intimate experience hosted in our cozy basement bar will also feature classic cocktail pairings and a curated wine selection from our head sommelier.

Dinner

The Travail Kitchen team will be serving a special chef’s tasting menu featuring steakhouse inspired dishes. Dinner will be hosted in Travail’s basement bar for a show of table-side cooking and an intimate dining experience with our chef team.

Our bar team has curated a series of cocktail flights to complement your dinner for the evening. Each flight option will showcase a diversity of flavors to suit each dish. Choose to add a cocktail, wine or spirit-free flight or order a la carte beverages during service.

 

Ticketed Reservations

Reservations are available Wednesdays - Saturdays. Tickets start at $79 per person plus a 21% health & wellness fee* and option to add cocktails and beverages of your choice.

TICKETS & PRICING

Tickets are available for groups of 1-8 guests. We can accommodate larger parties, but we ask that you reach out directly to us at info@travailkitchen.com to book your party. Ticketed reservations will be available starting at $79 plus tax. In support of our commitment to providing a living wage and health benefits to our team members, a 21% health and wellness fee will be added to all dinner checks at Travail. In accordance with Minnesota Statute §177.23, Subd. 9, this charge is not a gratuity for direct employee service.
