Signature chef’s tasting menu

Join us for a chef’s tasting menu featuring seasonal ingredients and an energetic display of tableside cooking. You will be hosted in our Sky Lounge Rooftop or our Travail Marble Room to feast on the latest and greatest culinary creativity and inspired plates from our kitchen team led by chef-owners James Winberg, Bob Gerken, and Mike Brown. The menu will change often, and we invite you to come back throughout the year to taste all that is new as the seasons change.

Our menus change often based on the latest and greatest ideas coming from the kitchen. Here is a sample of the dishes you might find on our current signature tasting menu prepared and served by our Travail chefs.

Reservations

Seating Times & Pricing

Ticketed reservations will be available for the prices listed below plus tax. In support of our commitment to providing a living wage and health benefits to our team members, a 21% health and wellness fee will be added to all dinner checks at Travail. In accordance with Minnesota Statute §177.23, Subd. 9, this charge is not a gratuity for direct employee service.  

Signature Tasting Availability:
Wed/Thurs: 5:30pm, 6pm, 7:45pm $135 per person
Fri/Sat: 5:15pm, 6pm, 7:45pm: $155 per person

Tickets are available for groups of 1-8 guests. We can accommodate larger parties, but we ask that you reach out directly to us at info@travailkitchen.com to book your party.

Beverage Pairings

Add on a curated beverage pairing for the evening or go a la carte. You will have the opportunity to purchase a beverage pairing when you dine as well, but it greatly helps our team plan if you select it when you purchase your tickets.

  • Owner’s Reserve Wine Flight $110: a selection of our owner’s reserves curated by our house sommelier

  • Wine Pairing $75 : a selection of rare finds curated by our house sommelier

  • Beverage Flight $75 : a selection of craft cocktails, house-made juices, and wine

  • Spirit-Free Pairing $50 : house-made juices and specialty concoctions all free of alcohol

  • A la carte option : selection of craft cocktails, wine by the glass or bottle, and spirit-free options for you to purchase when you dine.

Supplements

Add something a little extra special to your dinner with these luxurious supplements. Each item is intended for 2 guests. Choose from Wagyu for $100, a Dozen Oysters for $49, or Caviar for $100.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions except vegan or kosher. You will have the opportunity to let us know any needs you have in the reservation process.
